Mr. Lui Kan Man, Senior Liaison Officer of the Tai Po District Office, provided a detailed account of the fire incident at Wang Fuk Court, describing the fire's origin, spread, and the fire services' response. He highlighted issues with fire safety equipment, building maintenance, and supervision during renovation works, which affected fire safety. His statement was given at the request of the Independent Committee investigating the incident.
