摘要（English）
Mr. Li Man Pong, Senior Divisional Occupational Safety Officer, provides a second witness statement to the Independent Committee regarding the fire at Wang Fuk Court in Tai Po. The statement addresses fire detection and alarm response, the functionality of fire service equipment, building evacuation procedures, maintenance and inspection records, and supervisory roles during the incident. It serves as an update to his initial statement dated 15 January 2026.
