摘要（English）
The evidential hearing on 27 April 2026 examined the origin and spread of the fire at Wang Fuk Court, with testimonies addressing the malfunction of fire alarms and sprinklers. Maintenance records, the roles of building management and fire services, and evidence of delayed emergency response were scrutinized. The adequacy of existing fire safety laws was also debated.
