Mr. LAM Kin Kwan, Deputy Leader of the Inter-departmental Fire Investigation Task Force (IFITF), presented findings on the Wang Fuk Court fire, focusing on fire spread, contributing factors, and the effectiveness of fire service installations. The presentation highlighted building maintenance issues, gaps in supervision and responsibility, and provided recommendations to enhance fire safety measures.
